TriMoxie offers one-to-one coaching for triathletes, runners and swimmers.


Included in our coaching:

  • Initial meeting or phone consultation at which we get to know you, discuss your past training
    and your current athletic goals.
  • Individualized, detailed training plans delivered weekly via interactive, online training log.
  • Detailed and completely individualized race day plans
  • Unlimited communication with your coach via email.
  • Periodic threshold testing in swimming, biking and running to determine appropriate pace,
    heart rate and power zones.
  • Counseling in training and race-day nutrition.
  • Swim stroke analysis in person for local athletes or via video analysis for those farther away.
